ERA Software Systems training staff provide online training for GAMS and FastGrant customers at their own desks through instructor-led, hands-on classes via a web-conferencing application.  This is an alternative to on-site instruction and classes can be tailored to the interests of course participants (e.g. pre-award, post-award, reporting, electronic submission).  ERA can also provide site-specific training classes and refresher courses.
